I applied online. I interviewed at Butternut Box (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Unprofessional dishonest- Promoting internal candidates and wasting other people's time. Was promised a technical test but nobody reached out at end of interview and 3 days later got rejection email. If you do not hire international candidates then why bother interviewing them just to promote internal candidates shows about culture of the company.
My interview questions were also not answered in detail because interviewer was never interested in 10 minute short interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Butternut Box (London, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
Quite a long process involving 4 stages
- screening interview
- task
- follow up interview
- in person interview
Despite it being quite in depth and time consuming the team were quick to respond after each stage. I never had to wait more than a week to get feedback.
