My interview was on 28th December 2019 at 3pm the manager interviewing me turned up at 3.45 pm and said he had not been informed that he had an interview? He then kept me waiting a further 10mins before proceeding.

Telephone interview- basic customer service based questions.
Interview in person- more customer service based questions with examples.
Manager scores you out of 5 on check list of wanted buzz words.
Entire process takes 1-2 weeks.
Called in for induction.
Lots of e-learning.
