stiff and cold, with a aura of arrogance I would not expect from a reasonable citizen who participates in polite society. I was disappointed at the lack of humanity and the expectations set on one candidate.
Simple in person interview with a couple of resume and behavioral questions. Took a decent time to receive a response back though, and had to follow up myself. Overall though, a fine interview process.
