This company takes you through a whole interview process just to tell you they won’t be moving forward with you because of lack of experience. The interview questions aren’t too difficult though.
stiff and cold, with a aura of arrogance I would not expect from a reasonable citizen who participates in polite society. I was disappointed at the lack of humanity and the expectations set on one candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C+A Global (Edison, NJ) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview went pretty well for the most part. I spoke to two Creative Directors and they were very kind, laid back, easy to talk to, and I felt I connected well with them. However, the Vice President walks in and he was a very difficult person to speak to. He was pretty rude, would ask multiple questions at once and not listen to my answers, gave me a weak handshake, and didn't look me in the eye once. It felt as if he just wanted to assert dominance and walked into the room with his mind already made up that he wanted nothing to do with me. Was e-mailed a week later that the creative director liked my skillset and background and that the Vice President did not. No clue what that guy's problem was. The creative directors however were wonderful.
