It was 2 interviews, one with HR and one with the hiring manager - they were both fairly comfortable and asked relevant questions amd you got the sense they wanted to know you as a person.

Then a 20 min call
Had to chase for feedback....
What to say : I found this one way assessment process irrespecutful. Basically they assess you and do not provide time for you to assess them (well actually, the process show me they lack of consideration for their employees)
Online task and CV. The assessment centre took place at the bank in person, had a series of presentations, then a customer service task presenting in small groups, finishing with individual interviews.
