Short interview - via phone. No in person and manager didn't work close to office. Felt mislead and did not get the right Job description. I wish it could have been like the said it was going to be.

Applied via online job board. About a week later, I did a phone interview. Very quick, maybe 15 minutes, explained the job and company, asked questions regarding my experience. After the phone interview, I had an in-person interview with Exec. Director of company, hiring manager and another hiring manager. Laid back group of people. Each asked me questions; situational, experience. Lots of questions on previous work. Overall very easy. They told me they would finish up the interviews within the next week and I would get asked to shadow someone in the company if I was a top contender. Once I sent my Thank You note the day after my in person interview, I received note asking to come in for shadowing. Shadowing lasted approx. 30 minutes. Received offer not a week afterwards. Accepted offer.
