The interview process was lengthy and complex. Over a span of two months, I participated in a total of 12 telephone and in person interviews. It is highly recommended that the results of all interviews are presented to everyone in the hiring process to ensure a consistent impression.

HR to call and get the first interaction. Than, directors and some times VPs will interview you and ask about market tendencies and technical skills. There are many candidates everytime they have a position. Have an internal indication helps you to be in contact with the executives faster than others.
