Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Sr.Director focused so much on White papers and Patents giving the impression that it felt like most of the CA employees have White papers/Patents which is not true. He asked why I didn't have White papers/Patents till now and grilled as if that is the minimum requirement for this position...which is not true again.
The interview process consists of four rounds, three technical and one personal. The first two technical rounds were from offshore and the third technical round was from onsite. After that there was a personal round in general.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CA Technologies (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2017
Interview
Phone interviews: Introduction with HR + Warmup session with the hiring manager.
In person Interview: A big waste of your time. It was basically a explore what you know as we are stuck kinda of situation. The team members were really over whelmed with what I had done till that moment and didn't appreciate how that experience is complementary.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CA Technologies (Hyderābād)
Interview
Three rounds of technical interview followed by a director round
first two were fully technical interviews they were good.
third round is with a manager who tests on various aspects like creativity, interests, work, technology this too is good
fourth round is with a senior manager who asks basics, challenges solved, how much salary you are expecting what work you are expecting etc.. this too is interesting
I did not get offer that's also fine, but there is no feedback after that that's the sad part of this interview.
