I had participated in a hackathon conducted by Cast, received call from HR 2 weeks after the hackathon to schedule the interview, received mail 3 days later with details about the interview and interviewer(lead developer). On the day of the interview the interview started 45 minutes late with another person who wasn't mentioned in the mail, the questions were easy as the interviewer had a junior developer role
