Lacked planning and felt rushed. There was no follow up for 4-5 months and no clear path for next steps. The entire process made little sense and I started interviewing at other companies before hearing back from cdw.

The interview process started off well with the recruiter being very responsive and proactively offering updates. Unfortunately, her last update was "good luck with your interview today" and I had yet to receive an invite. I was forwarded the invite 10 minutes before the interview, so needless to say, I wasn't given the opportunity to be prepared.

Do it or don’t. Like every other company. Do the interview and see if it’s a good fit for you personally. For me it was fine but expected more in the end.
