Quick and pretty standard. Just make sure you know alot about CDW and are motivated to make alot of money. This is what they want to hear. Also, they make it clear from the start that this is not an easy position. There is a lot of pressure and rejection. Not for the faint of heart.

Interview
Interviewers were friendly and answered all my questions! They got back to me promptly and followed up with me throughout the process. Would highly recommend applying if you are interested!
Short and straightforward two interviews: one phone screen with the recruiter and the next one is with the sales manager of your territory. It was a quick turnaround for them to let me know where I stood in the process.
Full interview day (with 3 group based tasks) and a solo 30 min presentation at the end. Group tasks included an outbound cold call and some strategic work. There were 24 candidates in total
