Interview process started very professionally for the first 2 weeks, successfully completed three interviews, HR , Hiring Manager , Technical , and was told that to wait for the last in person meeting. After a month of followup, without any useful update, I was told that they had changed their requirements and are not hiring for the same position advertised and interviewed for! Company is going through some major changes in Canada because of its recent acquisition of a local Service Provider. The way a company conducts their interviews and on boarding reveals a lot about its health and direction, penny for your thoughts.
