CDW Service Delivery Manager interview questions

I had 3 interviews. The first was an informal chat with my now manager. The second was another more extensive interview with the department head where I made a presentation (subject was up to me). Final interview was with both and I was given situations / case studies and had to explain my response / actions to those situations.
