It was a two steps interview : first a technical interview, with only questions and informal talk about tech and developement in general. Then a more formal interview with the managers to discuss about the position, the salary and the package.

- Operational Interview
The salary offered was no way near my experience and skills. No relocation support was provided. They won't entertain even a slight negotiation over offered salary. I totally wasted more than 1 month.
Moreover, throughout the discussions, I sensed below-average work culture.
