CH2M Senior Engineer interview questions

The interview was conducted in very poor manner. The company introduction took about 2 minutes after which 50 minutes of questions. Interviewers didn't prepare questions before interview, they have been asking them based on my presentation of projects. The interview was a Skype. I couldn't even see one of the interviewers on other side. They were looking for a senior engineer to travel around the countries to undertake design jobs but they pay was very low compared to market rates with experience over 10 years (below 9k PLN)
