Reached the final interview stage for a Privacy & Data Protection Specialist role. After completing the technical interview, I received explicit positive feedback from HR and was told to expect next steps for a final interview with the CEO. After that complete silence for over a month. I sent a follow-up email and, more than 2 months later, I have still not received any response whatsoever, not even a standard rejection email. I only found out through a colleague that the process had restarted with new candidates. This level of candidate management is completely unprofessional and frankly disrespectful, especially from a company that handles data privacy for hundreds of airlines worldwide.
