The process was pretty straight forward. It was a standard interview process which started with a phone interview and after a week or 2, i was invited for an in person interview at the branch. This was with the managers.

Good, they asked your typically interview questions. Background, strength/weakness, salary exceptions. Super friendly staff that made you feel comfortable, which was a positive note. Would recommend to write a cover letter explain your resume incase the company or job you've work at in the past is not known.
