Extremely to the point, straightforward interview process. Personality fit and overall merit of applicants are heavily emphasized. The focus on hiring the "best of the best". They look for enthusiastic candidates who are well rounded in all aspects. Good grades, a demonstrated interest in the field, the ability to sell yourself as a prospective candidate.
