It was easy interview process, (this was done with one of the managers) and they were shy and timid also. They did not ask much else and it ended in 15 minutes for me. I felt like my manager did not care much about a co-op student

Hirevue, classic question (tell me about yourself, why cibc, why investment banking, tell me about a time you were part of a team). Followed by competency and motivational questions. Overall a fairly standard process,

Very reasonable and seamless. Interviewers were great, on time and asked all the right questions.
Explained all salary and benefits questions and kept me in the loop. Great job team!
