We watched a brief video about CNH which shows a couple of the things they are working on. Everyone mingles and talks whilst interviews are going on. They interviewed multiple placement roles on the same day. Interviews are very relaxed and the interviewers are very friendly. There was a current placement student sat with a manager for the individual roles. Usually the questions are typical interview questions bu there was one interview in which I was asked very specific questions about individual components on a tractor and whether I knew what theses parts did. I had absolutely no idea what these parts were or what they did and the interviewers were very nice about it and explained to me what they did. I was interviewed for three different roles on the same day and I did not get an offer for that particular role but I did receive an offer for another role.
