Interview with two people, 20-30 minutes, based on cover letter and resume. Mostly questions about what I could do as an asset to the company, and how much information I have regarding the issues of that particular district the bureau was covering.

Question 1
What is the single most important value in journalism?
it was a Hirevue, they asked typical interview questions like introduce yourself, what challenges have you faced, what's your news diet, etc. took only around 15 minutes to complete but I would do significant preparation.
Very thorough and detailed. There were three rounds of interview, and one of them was online. Then it came to in person interview. I struggled with the online because you have to record yourself and answer their questions with time limits.
I was instructed to undergo a virtual interview on Hireview. I have not heard back yet, but they asked basic questions like "tell us about yourself" and "why are you interested in this internship?"
