Made four or five trips in to interview. Spent over 8 hours in total meeting with people. Didn’t get the job and got zero feedback (through a recruiter) about why they passed. Definitely a disappointing experience.

Several interviews with key players over Zoom and F2F. Zooms to begin with and an in person with a future direct report. CVC folks were informative and welcoming. Generous with time and information and willing to work with me to create the right offer.
