I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health in Mar 2025
Interview
I was in the Innotech interview process. Starts with a hire view, then interview with your would be manager (I had another person from my team in the interview as well, but some of the other interns only had 1 person some had 2 others really just depends). Next is your offer - I will say the entire process was incredibly slow it took 1 month after my interview to get my offer(this was for all interns) and another month after my offer to get my offer letter(again same for all interns)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Tell me about a time when you changed the way something was being done. How did you challenge the status quo? How did you gain support? How did you overcome obstacles?
2. What attracted you to this role and cvs?
3. Describe to me a project where expectations or timelines shifted. How did you alter your approach and why? What effect did it have?
4. How does this internship with CVS Health fit into your long-term goals?
I passed the hirevue, and got moved quickly to the second round. They asked me mostly behavioral questions, but the last question was difficult. There were 3 people who were interviewing me, they legit just ask the question and move on to the next one.
All remote for a 2 stage interview, all questions were very nice and all interviews were with HR members. The questions were very basic and high level. Most people would tend to succeed in this type of interview environment
Virtual the entire time
hirevue first then with actual recruiters
behaviorial questions and then case study related to health but relatively simple statistics and reasoning questions
email was sent out a couple business days later regarding offer details
