I applied online and got an email about a week later. I went down for the interview and was interviewed by the assistant manager. He asked about my past beauty experience and also abut my past retail experience. He also told me at the time that I would actually be getting the beauty department manager position. The interview was short maybe like 30 mins

Interview is pretty simple, they will ask more about numbers and goals. It’s understandable since they have a premium skin care line in the store that they would ask you this which is great!
