I was called in for an interview, and it took about 3 weeks to get a call after I applied through the online site. You take a series of pre-screening questions before a call, and your hiring is based on how you answer the questions. Former work experience in retail is helpful, unless you know someone who works there. You should get hired on the spot if your called back for an interview as long as you have a reasonable head on your shoulders.
Good, I learned a lot about the process. I advanced my skills heavily, great place to work at. I loved the process behind it, I love the people, I love the job!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at CVS Health (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
CVS interview process is structured and efficient, typically including an initial recruiter screen, behavioral interview, technical or role-specific questions, and final team or manager interview.it was the easiest interview i ever had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
how would you handle if a customer isn’t satisfied?
It went well they ask you the normal questions why would you be a good fit and if you graduated highschool and some other questions it wasn’t a difficult interview but I’m sure everywhere is different I was just myself
