      I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at CVS Health (Irving, TX) in Dec 2018

      Interview

      Applied online and a few days later received an email asking to set up a phone interview. Interviewer called on time. Asked me a few questions about my previous employer and what responsibilities and experience. She then proceeded to ask me 2 questions (which I will put below) about Microsoft Excel. She have me some information on the position and that after 90 days I could work 1-2 days a week from home. She also stated some of the questions she has me will be asked in a face to face interview (the Microsoft Excel questions). I asked her about pay and she said all she could tell me was around the early to mid 40's a year, but that they could definitely pay $17.00 or more an hour. Stated that she would send my resume to the hiring manager and see if they want to set up a face to face interview and that she will try to reach out to me by the end of the week or when everyone comes back from Christmas and New Years Holiday, so it could take up to 2 weeks. So now just waiting to hear back. Interview done (December 19th).

      Basically I applied and the next day I was e-mailed for a phone interview. I scheduled my time and they called me 15mins after my scheduled time. I advised of my skills but apparently I didn’t have enough Excel experience and was deemed not a good fit for the position. Kind of felt my time was wasted but I guess that’s the process of finding a good fit.

      About three weeks after applying online I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Within a week I had an in person interview scheduled. I thought that had gone really well. It was scheduled for an hour and went two hours. I felt like they were interested and trying to sell me on the job. They said they had more interviews to do and I'd hear within 2 weeks. Three weeks later I contacted the recruiter to follow up, he said he would let me know the following week. It's been over 7 weeks since my interview. Obviously at this point I assume I didn't get it, but if they respected candidate's time, they would let you know.
