Was approached by a recruiter and did the initial interview screening, which was merely a brief introduction. The interview went ok and the recruiter said she would reach out for the second round. I didnt hear anything back for 3 weeks, and then she reached out and said I would her back within a week. After that no word. Poor recruiting experience.
