the first step in the process was a hire vue interview and then the next step was a phone interview with two associates in the program. the process moved along quickly and they were pretty responsive.

Completed interview on HireVue. Was never given the chance for a phone or video interview. Really disappointed that there was nothing further than the impersonal HireVue interview. I'm not sure that HireVue is the best way to screen candidates.
