Interview
The interviewer was about an hour late and seemed very disinterested throughout the entire duration of the interview. Asked questions in regards to background, why are you interested in the company, what are your career goals, etc. This was a temporary position so they did not seemed too motivated or interested to conduct the actual interview. Seemed rushed and slightly unprofessional for a large corporation like CVS Health.

A series of canned tell me about a time questions. They wanted real life examples even though the questions were not all applicable to the role applied for. Multiple interviewers.

Interview
Met with two members of the construction team. They were hiring for someone to handle paperwork, budgets, communication with the team as well as other administrative tasks. The interview process was pretty standard, something you would expect from a larger company. Standard questions.

Question 1
What would you consider your strengths and what would you consider your weaknesses.
After discussing in depth my weakness of work, life, balance they asked if I would be able to work the hours of 11-7 if needed. They weren't sure if it would be on a part time basis or a regular basis, they would need to see how that worked out. It seems to me that if you need to focus on work, life, balance that working 11-7 would not be the ideal hours when you have a family.
How do you prioritize responsibilities if two or more people come up to you asking for something to be done immediately, that neither of them can wait?
