live interview was with three people who asked questions about myself. They asked me to tell them about who i am an what matters to me I did and let them know my strengths weakness and admirations.
had to phone screen and then have 1:1 and then group and then repeat the process 3 times finally ending up with multiple 1:1 interviews with multiple people over several hours - took way too long - over a couple of months
