I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Health (Lakeland, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
Interviewed with the pharmacy manager who keep getting up and leaving every few minutes to deal with issues within the pharmacy. So I basically had two different interviews at once because another girl kept having to fill in for her. For some reason they did not seem to like that I was currently employed at another job. I was planning to make a change and told them I would leave that job if I got this one however they did not seem to understand this. They asked multiple times how I would juggle both jobs and I kept answered that I would not, I would choose the CVS job but I'm not sure why they did not understand this. Maybe because the interviewers were both extremely distracted.
Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
