I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The store manager invites you in to their office for the interview. They have a small two-or-three paged packet with questions they must ask you. While you're sharing your answer the interviewer hand-writes everything you say. In my experience though, the interviewer gave me time to share my prior work experience with a little depth, and time to ask questions about the job.

Question 1
If you were given too many tasks to complete in the time of your shift, how would you handle it and how would you get your work done?
Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
