It was straightforward. They were very communicative and professional and did not leave me hanging. Tough questions were asked but they are just doing their job finding the best candidate

Interview
CVS is a large bureaucracy and their interview process reflects this. Certain protocols are followed regarding the process. Response to initial submission was quick and interview was set up quickly. HR followed formula of questions but didn't really know the finance area to ask relevant questions. Got the sense that the various departments have little interaction with other departments and that there is not much incentive to do so. Finance Dept is run leanly as working hours tend to be on the high side.
