STAR Method questions
It was about 45 minutes long. The interviewer was very nice. We both had our video cameras on. At the end they offered to answer any questions I may have and answered all of my questions for me.
I 1st got a call from a Recruiter for initial interview. I then got my first interview with manager and a 2nd interview with hiring manager , team team leader and another employee via video.
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Phone screening followed by a virtual interview. I felt that the interviewer was prepared and the recruiter was wonderful to work with. I did not accept the position but they did ask that if I changed my mind moving forward that I contact the recruiter directly.
