I applied through LinkedIn then received an email 2-3 weeks later from recruiter to schedule a 30 minute Teams call/interview, which I scheduled for the next day. The call started with her giving details about the position based upon the expectations of the manager, followed by typical interview questions ending with me asking her a few questions. A key component of the conversation was the salary. Based upon the job duties, interview steps and the actual posted salary range, CVS is underpaying. However, she stated she would have an update for me by the following Tuesday (4 days away) with a decision - that was a month ago and I haven’t received any update/follow-up. Note: The salary range listed by CVS is $43,888.00 - $102,081.00, but after speaking with the recruiter, she stated the most they would actually offer is $60K-$70K. Interview Steps: 1) 30 min recruiter interview, 2) 3 more virtual calls with various managers.
