I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
Although, it was a game of store-to-store-to-store, it still turned out well. I appreciated the manager from the first store for their honesty, which led me to my current manager at another location, which I appreciate how they were focused on clear communication which is a huge plus. Most questions were situational and focused on leadership, which if you have managerial experience in other roles, it makes a huge difference. The best thing for me was how it slowly became transparent, and it was more of a conversation than an interview. You got this, just stay confident and calm.
