Application by completing a competency test only, after which I started onboarding process. Difficult to communicate to enquire about the status of my application, it seemed that different people in many different departments worked on my application.

HR and all the interview panels were very co-operative through the entire process. The process was completed in time and HR is in touch with us for every step. The interview panel was technically strong and have good vision.

Simple and not very difficult but it can be somewhat frustrating. The assessment can also be a bit lengthy and tedious. Response times may vary during busy periods as the teams work asynchronously with remote contractors.

There were 3 rounds: 1) Case study: The case study was given 2 days before and was told to share the deck and present it 2) Interview with HR - Focused on behavioral questions 3) Interview with leadership - Product questions focusing on work experience, execution and metrics

The assessment process was straight forward however the interview was taken by an arrogant person who seemed to have decided on the fate of the interview before. He was asking me same question multiple times. When I asked about the growth prospects in this job, he called it silly question and said the company doesn't hire such people.

Initially a mcq test on the webdsite for screenimg followed by an editing passage sent over email. The passage was relatively ok but i did not make it. But will reapply for the work culture.
