Written test was mcq, most questions were very easy if you have decent prep. questions from general aptitude, digital electronics basics, STA basics, Python, verilog. these were the most asked topics

Tech interview: about 40-45mins. asked about MOS cross section, its working, Id graphs, some questions on that, then went to cmos basics, the invertor characteristics and follow up questions on that, then went to digital electronics and was asked basic questions on latch and flipflops, their circuit using MUXes, adder subtractor, then 2-3 easy questions on STA, then asked about a little bit of coding - just the pseudo code for that, and asked if i knew scripting which i denied. and this was all in this round
HR round- the general behavioral questions , want to masters in future, carrer growth, i asked about company and work culture (about 15 min discussion)

they showed PPT on STA. after Online test, 25 ppl were shortlisted. there were 3 rounds of interview. round 1 was to test the basics of digital electronics, cmos vlsi design, DSA. round 2 was resume based. round 3 was hr round.
