Interview
The process was quick and easy. They respond really fast. The official application is only available in its office. Before going to the office I filled out a brief form online. I went through a 2-step interview, one with the HR manager and the COO.

Question 1
What was the most challenging period in your life?
Asked about my previous experience working with team and customers, future plans, foreign language ability, etc.
I have a great experience throughout the interview. The interviewer was nice towards the interviewee. Long story short, he kept things short and brief for the description of the job scope, and will ask for your current situation before explaining.
It was a very simple interview process that took 15 minutes. Went in person and was asked basic questions on customer service.
Then I was called in to work the very week. Had a day of watching other baristas.

Interview
i went to their head office and applied there. 4-5 hours later they called me and told me there was an interview tomorrow. There was 8-10 people interviewing. And i couldn’t almost take the job but since my school was popular they asked me if i knew any other languages than English. And it also helped me a lot by knowing other languages.
