15 minutes conversations with HR and then 30 minutes detailed phone call. WebEx interviews with 3 hiring managers (30 minutes each) and then meeting with four of the team members (15 minutes each).

No real testing on financial concepts mostly just behavioral/how you organize tasks. Makes sense given this is an entry level position.
