It was very straight forward. Phone interview followed by a superday. Everyone was extremely nice and it was not a overly stressful experience. I would recommend! I think someone from every major could do it.

On-campus interview followed by HR screen and in-person super day with four colleagues. A few hours in the office with different investment themes and behavioral questions followed by an in-person case study. Overall a very reasonable process.
