First I did a short video interview with a hiring manager, who then scheduled another interview with two creative directors. I spoke with them for about half an hour about my experience and their experiences at the company.

Interview felt like i was talking to a robot , tried making conversation but she just reading questions on a piece of paper. then she proceeded to ghost me for weeks after multiple follow-ups i found out the position had been filled.
