      ATP Interview

      20 Apr 2018
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Feb 2017

      Interview

Apply online, sending CV, then had a video interview, about 4 questions, then if successful you get invited to an assessment centre - I actually really liked this stage (aside from the assessing!) as you get a good chance to see the offices and really get a feel for the company/culture etc. In the AC you do quick fire questions for 4/5 consultants, you have to be really 'on your toes' here, then theres a Q&A session with other associates, then a maths/english test (rotational so could be in any order).. then we had a case study If you pass the AC there is two final interviews, one with HR and one with a more senior consultant - very friendly and pretty standard questions... got my offer a couple weeks later

      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capco in Dec 2019

      Interview

The initial hiring process was straightforward, online application, no cover letter required. Video interview (4 questions), assessment centre which involved a 15 minute multiple choice test (far too easy for a consulting company - mental maths not required), quick fire interviews, group case study then final interview with HR and someone senior if you pass the assessment centre. I am disappointed at HR’s effort to contact as I have been waiting over three weeks despite multiple calls and emails despite informing that they would provide a decision by the beginning of the week. Highly unprofessional compared to many other employers who keep each applicant informed.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What gets you excited? Why consulting? How many golf balls in a double decker bus? Why Capco over the big 4?
