We are sorry to hear about your experience interviewing for the Associate Engineering Programme, not only for the time it took which is certainly not the standard for our process, but also for the lack of communication throughout. Unfortunately we had a change in team member supporting the Engineering Programme and it seems that this caused a delay in the handover. However, we apologise as this delay should have been explained to you at the time.
With regards to the technical interview, again we are sorry to hear that you felt that your interview experience was not at the standard that it should be. All of our technical interviewers are not only trained in interviewing, but also have subject matter expertise in this area in order to make an informed decision. We do appreciate that a fully remote interview process can be challenging, and for that reason, we have introduced additional training for our team members to address this.
