Wonderful interview process. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable. It was more of discussions rather than one -sided question and answer rounds. HR experience was good as well in terms of responding to queries, scheduling rounds etc. The only issue I felt was the time taken by Capco to extend the formal offer letter and contract. But this was probably a sad coincidence. Overall a good experience.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.

The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
