I wanted to bring to your attention a highly disappointing experience I had during the recruitment process with Capco.
Initially, the recruiter clearly mentioned a salary of $105k before scheduling three rounds of interviews. After successfully clearing all three interviews, I was abruptly informed that the offer was now $75k and that the role would be onsite. This was completely contrary to what was communicated earlier. To add to the confusion, the project manager who interviewed me confirmed the role was remote, yet the recruiter provided excuses that seemed misleading.
I have over 4 years of experience, and offering $75k after promising $105k is not just unfair—it’s insulting.
It gives the impression that Capco is taking advantage of candidates, especially during difficult times.
This was a complete waste of time, and I will not be engaging with Capco again in the future.
This experience has been a valuable lesson learned.
We are disappointed to read your review.
