Extremely thorough although I thought it took longer than it needed to. I interviewed with several people and I don't recall getting a specific reason as to why I was not chosen. They also took a month to get back to me which I felt was a bit much but I know Capital Group to be a very respected and reputable company so I assumed there were reasons for the delay.
