I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Group (San Antonio, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview process is long and thorough. I had two phone interviews, a webcam interview, and then I was asked to visit the campus for a face to face interview. I was amazed at how welcoming, friendly, and caring each person was throughout the process. When I went for the face to face interview, a current employee came out to greet me and took me to listen to a couple of calls. We discussed the calls and talked a little bit about our backgrounds. Then the interviewer came out and greeted me. She was a friendly, wonderful person who was a manager in the department I applied for. We talked for about 45 minutes and she shared a great deal of information about the job and the day to day work. Then I was sent back to the current employee who gave me a tour of the amazing campus and answered all of my questions.

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.
They were quick to get back to me, I have my interview coming up so ill see how that goes! Hopefully I get an offer to work here:) it is quite a drive and wonder if it could be all remote as well
