The interviews were not bad. They didn't drag on. I did have to go back a couple times, but the process was smooth and the campus is beautiful. I me with HR first and then with managers within the department. Orientation was done with a group of other new hires, and also wasn't bad.

Lengthy interview process including personality testing, which I think is a positive. Gets the right people in the right seats. The role I was interviewing for was pretty entry level, so I would assume the process is likely different for "higher" roles.
