Capital Group Summer Operations Associate interview questions

Generally unprofessional: Started with a hirevue and then invited to interview on sight for 4 hours. All questions were behavioral and asked between 3 separate interviewers. Interviewers were slightly uncomfortable and very formulaic throughout the entire process. Additionally, other interviewers were flown out and treated to a hotel in the city a few minutes away from office. In my case, I was asked to drive from my college instead (4 hours), and was not offered a hotel. Therefore, I was forced to stay at my hometown house (40 mins- 1 hour away). Huge disadvantage in terms of timing and stress, and to make matters worse, was not offered any gas expense reimbursement which is extremely unusual for recruiters to ignore.
